Doxxiom has three plans. You can start on Free and upgrade whenever a limit starts getting in the way — nothing you've already created is lost when you change plan.

How limits behave
Limits are checked when you try to create something, not retroactively. If you hit one, Doxxiom tells you where you stand — "Client limit reached (5/5)" — and which plan lifts it. Nothing already created is ever removed or hidden because of a limit.
Two limits are worth understanding properly:
Active requests counts only requests that aren't finished. Completing your reviews frees up room without deleting anything.
Storage covers every file Doxxiom holds for you: request uploads and vault contents together. Two things reduce it without losing work — deleting files from storage once you've filed them elsewhere, or turning on cloud sync with zero file residency so files aren't retained on Doxxiom at all. Extra storage can also be bought per GB.
Team members
Free and Pro are single-user plans. Business includes several seats and lets you add more, billed per extra seat per month.
Members are managed from Organization. Access to the developer tools can be granted per member — org owners have it automatically.
Changing plan
Upgrades take effect immediately. Manage everything — plan changes, payment method, invoices, cancellation — from Billing, which opens the secure Stripe customer portal. Doxxiom never stores your card details.
Before you downgrade
Downgrading lowers your limits straight away. If you're over the new plan's limits you won't be able to create anything further in that category until you're back under them, and features not included in the lower plan stop working — cloud sync stops syncing new uploads, for instance. Check what you're actually using first.
Signature allowance
Signature requests are counted per calendar month and reset at the start of each month. Unused signatures don't carry over.
Questions about a charge
For anything invoice-related, start in Billing — past invoices are downloadable from the Stripe portal. If something still looks wrong, email info@doxxiom.com with the invoice number.
