Is there a free trial?
The Free plan is your trial — use it as long as you like. Upgrade when you need more clients, storage, or features.
What happens when I hit a limit?
You'll see a prompt to upgrade. Existing data is never deleted — you just can't create new items beyond your plan's limits until you upgrade.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from the Billing page. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle.
What is Zero File Residency?
When enabled, uploaded files are forwarded to your connected cloud storage and then removed from Doxxiom servers. Only metadata is kept.
Do you offer API access or custom integrations?
Yes, on the Custom plan. It covers everything in Business, plus REST API access, webhooks, and endpoints we build for the systems you already use. Pricing depends on the work involved — email info@doxxiom.com and tell us what you need.
