Terms of Service

Last updated: April 6, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Doxxiom (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including professionals, clients, and any third parties who interact with the Service.

2. Description of Service

Doxxiom is a document collection and management platform that allows professionals to request, collect, organize, and store documents from their clients through a secure portal. The Service may include optional integrations with third-party cloud storage providers such as Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive, Dropbox, and Box.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Third-Party Integrations

The Service allows you to connect third-party cloud storage accounts, including Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive, Dropbox, and Box. When you enable an integration, Doxxiom will access only the files and folders necessary to perform the sync operations you initiate. Doxxiom does not monitor, index, or read the content of your files beyond what is required to transfer them. Each integration is governed by the respective provider's own terms of service and privacy policy. You may disconnect any integration at any time from your account settings. Additionally, when you use the e-signature feature, documents are temporarily transmitted to DocuSeal, a SOC 2 and HIPAA-compliant e-signature platform, for the purpose of collecting legally binding signatures. Once all parties have signed, the signed documents are downloaded to Doxxiom's secure storage and permanently deleted from DocuSeal's servers.

5. User Content

You retain all ownership rights to the documents and files you upload to Doxxiom. By uploading content, you grant Doxxiom a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and transmit that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. Doxxiom does not sell, share, or use your content for advertising purposes.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Service to: (a) upload or transmit malicious software; (b) violate any applicable law or regulation; (c) infringe on the intellectual property rights of others; (d) transmit unsolicited communications; or (e) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems.

7. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid features are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable subscription fees. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Doxxiom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
